About Our Designs
Q. How do you design your fabrics?
A. I create all motifs and repeating patterns using design and illustration software. I use the mouse as if it were a brush or a pencil.
Q. What type of ink and materials do you use?
A. Most of the materials we use are 100% polyester selected firstly for its superior softness and comfort, and second for its easy-care requirements. Swimsuits and some apparel items are a polyester/spandex blend.
All fabrics are printed with water-based pigments.
Q. Is your wallpaper flame retardant? Is it free of chemicals?
A. Our wallpapers are eco-friendly, formaldehyde, phthalate, and PVC-free. They have not been treated for flame retardation.
Q. Are your kids swimwear options SPF approved?
A. All our swimsuits and rash guards are UPF 50+.
Q. Can I request a custom designed wallpaper pattern?
A. Yes, it is possible to have a custom designed wallpaper pattern. A design fee would apply based on the scope of work. Please inquire on our Custom Design page.
Q. Can you match wallpaper to your bedding options?
A. Yes, absolutely. We have a selection already developed to coordinate with our bedding ensembles. But if the bedding motif you want isn’t already available, we can print it on wallpaper. Shop our collections here or contact us.

Q. Customer service isn't getting back to me - now what?
A. We're sorry to hear that, our customer support emails can sometimes fall into your spam/junk folder; be sure to add Emmy Abbott to your bookmarks and lists so you don't miss any of our emails. If you're still having trouble call us or DM on our Instagram or our Facebook page.
Q. There are styles and patterns I want but they're out of stock, any suggestions?
A. We do our very best to keep all our Emmy Abbott products in stock, but sometimes bestsellers are tough to keep on hand - no worries though, just make sure you add your email to the “email me when back in stock” feature on any product page and we will notify you ASAP the minute those favorite styles are ready to purchase again.
Q. I would love to work for you; do you have any openings?
A. We are super happy to hear you'd like to share your skills and talents with us and we always want to hear from talented prospects! Be sure to check back, whenever we have an opening we'll share that here on our website and all our social media accounts.
Ordering & Shipping
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
When you place an order from our shop, you can typically expect your items to ship within 2 weeks, sometimes sooner as our designs are print on demand. If you place multiple orders at the same time, our customer service staff will group them whenever possible.
We will provide tracking the moment your order has shipped from Emmy Abbott and you will receive an email notification with your tracking number.
When will my tracking info be available?
All orders processed on our Emmy Abbott website will be processed within 2 weeks whenever possible; our customer support is closed on weekends and all recognized US holidays however, so if your order comes in at that time we will process the following business day. All orders receive a real-time email notification as soon as your purchase has been paid and we follow up with all tracking notifications the minute your item(s) have left our warehouse.
I need to cancel my order - what can I do?
A: Our Emmy Abbott commitment to our customers is to make sure you're happy with everything you purchase so whenever things aren't 100%, or if you placed your order and you made a mistake, or you decided quickly you wanted to change your selection, you must email our customer service support no less than two (2) hours from the time of your purchase so that we can hurry to correct the problem. Any purchase that has been placed and we have not been notified within this time frame will be processed and shipped as ordered with no exceptions.
Q. Can I return my purchase?
A. If you find you don't love the pattern or the fit of an item you ordered, Emmy Abbott will review your request for a return, exchange or refund within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery. As our products are print to order many are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. In the event your order arrives and you're not satisfied or the package is damaged please submit your issue on our Customer Support page with images to support your claim and we will be in touch via email directly.

Q. I have questions regarding shipping and delivery; what do you offer?

Q. If my return request is approved, how long will it take to receive my refund?
A. Once approved we will process your refund right away, typically within 48 hours during regular business hours. Your bank may take longer to recognize the refund so be sure to contact them once you receive our email notification.
Q. I received a gift from your store - can I return or exchange?
A. Any item received as a gift is eligible for a full online store credit for the full amount of your gifted item, no questions asked. Just submit your request in the form provided, follow all returning goods instructions on our Customer Support page and we’ll take care of the rest.
Q. Do you offer gift cards for your store?
A. We do! Emmy Abbott is happy to offer ecards for redemption on our site. Our digital gift cards have no additional processing fees and never expire. Any e-card purchased on this website is not eligible for redemption with any of our retailer partners, at any special event or in-person popup shop.
Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. We offer Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay checkouts and accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover credit cards as well as PayPal for payment.
