We hope all our customers are thrilled with their purchases, but we know sometimes things don't work out.  If this occurs we ask that you submit your request for return or exchange in the form provided and we will review for consideration. For any approved return purchased directly from Emmy Abbott, each item must be returned in its original packaging with a copy of the order receipt and/or packing slip within 7 calendar days from delivery. All item(s) must be unopened, never worn and in excellent condition. Approved returns are accepted up to 7 days from the date of purchase.

All packages but be delivered back to our Emmy Abbott customer support office using a US carrier that provides tracking.

Swimsuits are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanging Your Item

If you discover you absolutely adore the item you purchased but the size isn’t the best fit or the color or design isn’t exactly what you imagined, Emmy Abbott will approve an even exchange for the same item in a different size, color or pattern provided the item you are requesting is in stock at the time of your request. Should your choice for your exchange be unavailable we will issue an online store credit and email you a personal discount code for redemption on the Emmy Abbott website.

Just submit your request in the form on this page and we will issue a prepaid label via email notification. Once your original item is received and marked in perfect condition our customer support desk will send out your replacement - it’s that easy!

Instructions for Approved Returns

All approved returns require an Emmy Abbott RA number (Return Authorization) on the outside of the package.

  • Step 1: Submit your return request on this Customer Support page and await our response.
  • Step 2: If approved - ship your return to:

  • Step 3: Once your approved return has been received and reviewed our customer service will issue your refund and you will be notified via email.
