As a designer brand but also advocates for a cleaner, healthier global environment, Emmy Abbott believes strongly in upcycling whenever possible, low to no use plastics, and working with carbon free shipping carriers when available and affordable.
Many of the items we sell are Printed on Demand, or POD. This means that most of the fabrics we design are printed ‘to order.’ The Print on Demand method, used together with the most advanced printing systems available today, greatly reduces over-production and minimizes the associated negative environmental impacts associated with traditional production methods, such as material waste, excessive water usage, and water pollution.
